Nominate for the Technorama 2019 Awards!
If you know someone who deserves a big pat on the back for their contribution, give them a hug by entering them in the Awards.
Anyone may create a nomination. You don’t have to ask permission, and nobody sees the nomination except the Awards Committee. What’s not a secret is that the Awards are important, everyone has a chance to submit or be nominated, and the judging is entirely separate from anything else that Technorama does.
Good to go: start nominating
Nominations for the 2019 Technorama Awards are open now and will close at 2359 on 1 April 2019

The Technorama Awards have been framed to recognise Technologist excellence, and to encourage positive behaviours and personal development by Technologists in support of the Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice. To achieve this
- important additional awards have been created;
- the Awards have been interlocked with the CBAA National Awards, so that the awards are complementary and
- Technorama has set up a completely independent Awards Committee to oversee the full awards process, and create a framework for in which the Technorama Awards can be truly representative of excellence from any facet of our membership.
The Technorama Awards recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements by dedicated and innovative technologists in community media. The Technorama Awards are open to any individual, team or organisation involved in community media (radio and/or television).
We think this is a very exciting awards program that applies best-in-class process to select best-in-class nominees. We hope you agree.
Who could you nominate?
Join us in recognising Community Media’s most inspiring technologists (engineers, techs, and support people): start thinking now, and be ready to fill in the form (from this page) when nominations open on Monday 11 March.
